First time in Galena. Ended up using my work discount to stay here. It's a lovely place. It's a great looking lobby and very inviting when you first enter and check in. Staff was nice and attentive. The room we got was for 2 adults and suitable. They have a mini fridge, and it's definitely mini. Practically half of a mini fridge. That was the only downside to the place. And the door was off at the hinge. Had to lift it up in order to close the door. Cool pool with water slide. Kids would have enjoyed it if we brought them. Then we saw that kids were free. Doh! It was an anniversary trip, so no kids! I would come stay at the Country Inn again if I come visit Galena again.

First the keys for the two rooms had to be rekeyed once for one room and twice for the other. The connecting door was heavy and if you did not prop it with a suitcase, it locked you out.

I absolutely loved my stay here, and have stayed here many times now. I love how beautiful the area is, and for being a small town, the water slide is a wonderful addition! I'll definitely be planning to stay here again during my future endeavors! Chris is phenomenal! Always so friendly, and approacable! Everything is always so clean and stocked well! Love the cookies at check in! 10/10 would recommend!

A dead bug fell out of the shower curtain that looked like a bedbug. The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. However it was better the last times we stayed there as far as the room. And the bathroom seats are really low for many people.

Nice hotel just a few minutes from downtown Galena. We had a hot tub suite with Whirlpool and fireplace which we enjoyed. Very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good but not great only 2 hot items. Would stay here again for sure

Our first time here at Galena and wanted to spend a relaxing Columbus weekend at the Country Fair along with walking the shops and then enjoying some breakfast and the pool. We were extremely happy with our choice at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Galena. They have a slide that my son absolutely loves!!! We were there for 2 nights and we played both nights in the pool for hours!!! Breakfast was great and staff was pretty nice and friendly. Rooms are huge and comfortable and clean!!! I highly recommend this hotel! One of our best stays!
